At PhatKool, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn and unused

In its original condition

With all original tags attached

In its original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items showing signs of wear will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and make it right.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Underwear (including panties, thongs, G-strings, and bikinis)

Personal care or hygiene-related products

Custom or personalized items

Gift cards

Sale items (final sale)

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original order and place a new order once your return is approved.

If an exchange is possible, we will guide you through the process.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service (such as DHL or similar), as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Return shipping insurance is also the customer’s responsibility.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
